Refund Policy
We aim to process refunds quickly and fairly. If your returned item meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed accordingly.
Refund Process:
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment.
Refunds are Not Applicable If:
The item was used, washed, or altered after delivery.
The return is requested after the 7-day window.
The item falls under our non-returnable categories.
Shipping & Handling:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size or faulty item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
After this window, if the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
