Shipping Policy
All orders are subject to stock availability and payment authorization. Kivo offers free delivery on all orders above PKR 5,000.
We aim to deliver your orders within 7 business days, provided a valid delivery address is given within Pakistan. Please note that deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday). Unexpected circumstances or delays due to logistics may impact delivery timelines. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, delivery will only be made after full payment in cash. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address during working hours, the courier will attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Kivo.
REFUND POLICY
We currently do not offer cash refunds.
If your items are:
Unworn and unused
In their original packaging with tags intact
Undamaged and unaltered
You can return them to our return address:
Kivo, M16 Rex Center
Once received, our team will conduct a quality check. If your returned items pass the inspection, we will issue a pre-paid exchange or offer store credit, which you can request by contacting us via Instagram DMs.
EXCHANGE POLICY
You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, products must:
• Be unused and unworn
• Be in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached
• Be accompanied by the original receipt
• Be undamaged and unaltered
• Exchanges are processed only after the above conditions are met.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Kivo reserves the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
• Stock unavailability
• Payment issues
• Incorrect or misleading pricing information
